BOOKING POLICY A 50% deposit is required to confirm all new client appointments. This is to protect your time that is set aside especially for you, as well as to protect our time which books up quickly. In turn, we promise to keep appointments on time, give you our full and undivided attention and of course, the best & most professional beauty services Greensboro has to offer! CANCELLATION + NO SHOW A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule/cancel a booked appointment without penalty. As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 48 hours in advance either by text, email or both. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee. If you no show your appointment or reschedule within 4 hours of your scheduled service time, you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee. ARRIVAL Please aim to arrive to your appointment 5 to 10 minutes early with a clean/ makeup free face and lashes. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes means less time lashing. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, you may not extend the time for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be responsible for the full cost of the service. Rendering services to tardy clients is a courtesy that is only permissible when proceeding with the late service does not affect the remaining scheduled appointments. Clients that are more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment may be asked to reschedule their service and/or pay a $35 re-booking fee. REFUND POLICY You are paying for the time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on any services. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concern. If a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done with a complementary 30 minute express retouch or service, if the concern or issue is at the fault of application or product. This complementary service must be rendered within 7 days of the original service. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your original service, failure to follow proper aftercare instructions, or failing to schedule your complementary service within the allotted timeframe, will result in any retouch or express service being charged at full price. Deposits paid for services that are not rendered, due cancellation (with proper notice, and not rescheduled within 7 days) will be issued to the client as a digital giftcard to be used in office. This credit will not expire, and can be used for future purchases or services. Once a deposit is converted to a digital giftcard, it can only be used in office. Product returns are only permissible in instances of allergic reaction.
